Returns & Exchanges

We want you and your pet to be 100% satisfied with your purchase!  

All pet food/treat returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of original purchase. All returned/exchanged food or treat products MUST be in original packaging. All open bags of food must be more than half full to receive a full refund or process exchange.  All returns/exchanges must be made at store location.  Refunds will be given in the original form of payment or store credit.  An original receipt or digital record of purchase is required for all returns/exchanges. We reserve the right to limit the amount of retutrns performed by a customer per calendar year.

All non-food merchandise returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of original purchase. All non-food items MUST have tags attached, in original packaging and unused/new condition to receive a full refund or process exchange.  Some exceptions may apply for manufacture defects.  All returns/exchanges must be made at store location.  Refunds will be given in the original form of payment or in store credit.  An original receipt or digital record of purchase is required for all returns/exchanges.
